Trudi recognised what was the most appropriate therapy for me. When I initially saw her, I had been suffering from C-PTSD for several years. I was withdrawn, coping with nightmares, depression and anxiety. Suffice to say, I was not enjoying life or had any value for myself.

Trudi’s therapy helped me to focus on the problems. She is an excellent counsellor, she offers understanding, warmth, empathy and an effective service. No longer am I full of self-doubt, I have confidence in my decision making, and starting to enjoy life again - thank you!

Trudi has been a fantastic support, and has got me through the most difficult of times. At every appointment, she has been compassionate, committed, professional and caring.

She has been dedicated and sensitive - appreciating the complexity of my long-term recovery requirements. The service has been outstanding!

The thing I would like to say about Trudi is that she makes me feel better, I could say, she has done a lot for me, helped me…all the usual stuff. But the bottom line is, even when I can’t be bothered to speak to anyone, such as my family or friends, when I speak to Trudi (an hour later) I feel better. Every time, without fail!

Many times this has been priceless to me.
